Sappheiros ASH is Arion’s first homebred stallion. He has shown extensively in in-hand and materiale classes and will begin showing in the jumpers in 2020 with Jeanne Hobbs.

Pedigree:

Sappheiros is by the versatile Sion/Calypso II/Graphit son Schwarzenegger, from the well known Windeler breeding program in Germany. In his stallion performance test in Redefin, Schwarzenegger scored an impressive 125.24 points. This score placed him 3rd overall out of 22 stallions. His integrated breeding value estimation is 122 for Dressage and 114 for jumping. He has offspring competing in both advanced dressage and advanced jumping classes. Sappheiros’ dam is the Thoroughbred mare Run Around Gal xx. She was the Champion Non-Hanoverian Mare at her AHS inspection and her 2018 Follow Me filly ended the year as the USDF Reserve Champion Current Year Filly Foal. This mare comes from an elite Thoroughbred sporthorse pedigree that goes back to the great Raja Baba xx.
