SPS Maria is an imported Hanoverian mare whose bloodlines infuse the athleticism and versatility of her sire Matcho AA into our program. While Matcho AA has been established as an excellent producer of broodmares, the power and strength of her damline (Duenkel) has also proven successful with maternal granddam Dorfbraut producing stallion Pik Solo.
Maria is a beautiful classic style of mare with good substance and a kind expression, correct limbs and a beautiful neck. She is intelligent and naturally forward while still sweet with a cooperative and kind disposition. Her foals by various stallions (Furst Nymphenburg, Hofrat, Feinbrand, among others) possess her willing nature and tend to present as more modern animals, boasting lovely, long lines and beautiful movement without having sacrificed the power and ability behind that Maria provides.
